Results: The mean score of clinical practice stress was 2.98¡¾0.57 out of a possible 5. Stress of clinical practice showed a significantly negative correlation with intrapersonal intelligence (r=-.21, p=.013), and nursing professional value (r=-.32, p<.001). Nursing professional value had a complete mediating effect on the relationship between intrapersonal intelligence and stress of clinical practice (Z=-2.79, p<.001).
